Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can start in a circle at 6 p.m. Also, bring your own mat as the studio is not yet fully equipped (I will have a few extras if you do not already own your own mat). If the lot is full, parking is on the street. Entrance is on the second floor up the wooden staircase.
